We're open by appointment Tuesday through Saturday. Appointment times vary to accommodate different schedules, including evening appointments. We're closed Sundays and Mondays. Holiday hours may vary—please check our booking system or call us for specific availability.

No referral is necessary for most of our wellness services. However, if you have specific medical conditions or concerns, we may request that you consult with your healthcare provider before beginning treatment. We work collaboratively with conventional medicine to support your overall health.

Yes! Our holistic wellness services are safe, natural, and non-invasive. All practitioners are trained and experienced in their respective modalities. We take a thorough health history during your consultation to ensure treatments are appropriate for your individual needs. If you have specific health concerns, we'll adjust our approach or consult with your physician as needed.

We offer therapeutic massage (Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, sports massage), holistic skincare and facial treatments, Pranic Healing, lymphatic drainage post-op, light therapy & lymph detox, mindfulness coaching, and holistic lifestyle consultations. Your first visit begins with a consultation where we discuss your health history, concerns, and wellness goals. This helps us customize your treatment. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete paperwork. We'll explain what to expect during your session and answer any questions. Your comfort and understanding are our top priorities.

Most sessions are 60 or 90 minutes. First-time clients often start with 60 minutes. For deeper work or multiple areas of focus, 90-minute sessions are recommended. Consultations typically take 30-60 minutes. We'll help you choose the right session length based on your needs and goals during your initial consultation.

For massage, you'll undress to your comfort level—most clients undress completely and are draped with sheets. For Pranic Healing, wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing as you remain fully clothed. For facials, come makeup-free or we'll cleanse your skin. We provide all necessary linens, robes, and products. Just bring yourself and an open mind!

Frequency depends on your goals and condition. For general wellness and stress relief, monthly sessions work well. For chronic pain or specific conditions, weekly or bi-weekly sessions may be beneficial initially. For acute issues, we may recommend more frequent sessions at first, then taper as you improve. Your practitioner will recommend a personalized treatment plan.

Most people can safely receive our services, but certain conditions require modifications or medical clearance. Please inform us if you have active infections, fever, recent surgery, blood clots, severe osteoporosis, or are pregnant. We'll discuss any health concerns during consultation and may request physician approval for certain conditions. Your safety is our priority.

After your session, drink plenty of water to help flush toxins. Take it easy for the rest of the day—avoid intense exercise or stressful activities. You may feel deeply relaxed, slightly sore (from massage), or energetically shifted. These are normal responses. Some notice immediate benefits while others feel effects over 24-48 hours. We'll provide specific aftercare recommendations.
